All claims are made no later than five days after receipt of stock. We will immediately correct any mistakes made by us but in no case will our liability be more than the purchase price.

We accept all orders subject to crop conditions. All orders shall be void should injury befall our stock from hail, fire, frost, or other causes beyond our control. All orders are accepted without liability for nonperformance if labor shortage or delay in transportation prevent us from making delivery.
customer pickup
We welcome customer pickup. Appointments for pickup are not necessary; however, prior notice will help expedite your order.
